The Second Half

Finally, after 4 weeks of mugging, I finished my last midterm this morning.
That wasn't a very difficult one but a tricky one, i don't like the prof went through the question right after she collected our paper.
(the class is 3 hour and our test is only 1 hour with 50 MCQ)
I hate to know that I have 15 wrongs, I have to see how's the distribution, but I think I will be only B or B+.
I have a little bit of dissapointment but move on, today is the last day of my midterm, I am happy about it and i didn't allow myself to think about it more.

It's finally come to the second half of the semester.
Unlike other, I segregate my semester into before midterm and after midterm.
Before midterm, I still remember how I always complain about the workload, how unmanagable I am when year 3 modules are so intense.
But now, I started to get used to the pace and start being serious to what I am facing now.

There is a lot of thing going on besides study, like internship.
I was busying attending all kind of career talk without knowing what I want.
That's the serious problem, i know.
But on the other hand, through this career talk I also know that what kind of job is offering.
I definitely will apply for some of the firms, but I am still unsure whether I am such capable.
I am giving myself to build up my confidence and courage, at the end of this month, I will have the decision.

My life if becoming more and more monotonous.
What I did for last semester? I went exchange, I nearly forgot that.
My early blog posts were all about my travel but now I only talk about "stress", BORING!!!
Life in LA and Singapore is so much extreme.
Please, the world has enough tortune, give Singapore a break!
I saw this on my friend's facebook status, PSLE is like UPSR in Malaysia:
PSLE Maths sample question: "Jim bought some chocolates and gave half of it to Ken. Ken bought some sweets and gave half of it to Jim. Jim ate 12 sweets and Ken ate 18 chocolates. The ratio of Jim’s sweets to chocolates became 1:7 and the ratio of Ken’s sweets to chocolates became 1:4. How many sweets did Ken buy?"

Seriously, I read a few tims just to understand the question and I was totally clueless about the calculation.
I didn't get the correct answer at my first try and still don't get it now.
I am glad that I took UPSR.
I miss the time where 'A' could shine in my report card and straight 'A's was so achievable.
Thank you, Malaysia~

The sweets bought were 68!! And the numbers of chocolates were 308!
OMG! That's should not in primary school level! May be that's the reason S'pore develope much faster compared to Malaysia. ^^
This semester life is going to finish. I will have more than one month holiday after 13rd of Nov. 28th of Dec will be the start of my internship. Find me anytime when you back Penang. ^^
